2. Transfer status
Football-transfer information changes quickly. “Reported”, “talks” and “agreement” labels do not mean a move is complete. Users should rely on official club or governing-body announcements for final confirmation.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse and share links for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not attack, overload, circumvent, scrape at a harmful rate, reverse engineer, inject malicious code into or misuse the forms and APIs.
4. Sources and intellectual property
Publisher names, journalist names, club names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Stratejik Insights owns the site’s original design, branding and editorial presentation. Linked articles remain governed by their publishers’ terms.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and refreshed hourly, but feeds, sources and external links may be delayed, changed or unavailable. Features may be updated or withdrawn where required for security, quality or compliance.
6. Advertising
Paid placements are marked as advertisements or sponsored content and are governed by the Advertising Policy. Advertising does not constitute endorsement and does not control editorial reporting.
7. No guaranteed outcome
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party reports, the completion of any transfer or a commercial outcome from an advertisement.
8. Governing context
These terms are intended to operate under the applicable laws of Barbados, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a user.
